World Class Optical Design
Saturday, July 1, 2017

At Greenlight Optics, we have vastly experienced engineers who can create world class imaging and illumination optical designs using advanced design/simulation software. Specializing in using spherical and aspheric lenses to reduce element count and size, our designers create optical, manufacturable designs with extremely high resolution.

Greenlight optics has been involved in a number of imaging and illumination optical design projects such as LCOS Digital Rifle Scopes, Automotive HUD, Wide Angle Camera Lenses, Iris Scan Imaging Lenses, Fingerprint Imaging Lenses, Lasor line Projectors, and Bar Code Scanner Camera Lenses. No matter the project, our engineers bring immense skill and precision to each build.

When it comes to non-imaging optical design, our engineers consistently create designs that achieve the industry’s highest efficiency and light distribution quality. Though most of our projects involve LED illumination, we are also very skilled in laser illumination optics. Some of our projects include LED Street Lights, IR Laser Line Generator Modules, UV Detector Instruments, and High Speed Camera LED Illumination.

Greenlight Optics knows that our industry requires a unique, tested set of equipment, tools, knowledge, and experience to be the best. Our engineering team has been leading optical systems design, development, and manufacturing for over two decades, and we stand behind every project we take on.
