Diamond Turning Machinist

Greenlight Optics is seeking a motivated, talented machinist to join our company. The selected candidate will become a key member of our technical staff. The main responsibility will be operation of an Ultra-Precision Lathe using Single Point Diamond Turning. Other responsibilities include stock roughing, CNC mill and lathe operation, CAM programming, setup, and in-process inspection. Parts to be produced include high precision optical components, injection mold tooling inserts, and various fixtures. The position requires a willingness to work closely with other machinists and engineers to complete complex projects. Early career candidates willing to learn new skills are encouraged to apply.
